Challenge:
Dries not only wanted to launch two new brands on the market, but also rebrand Pharma More. In addition, he also wants to go abroad and focus more on direct to consumer sales. To do that quickly enough, the founder looked for external funding.
Approach:
Together with Dries, we are preparing his file financially and strategically. He had a number of challenges, with pre-financing the new brands and rebranding being key pillars. Bank financing was chosen, so we visited various banks together. We also came to PMV for a deposit, so that the risk for the bank was lower.
We negotiated with the banks and compared each proposal. At the same time, we also took into account whether there was a click with Dries.
Result:
In the end, we signed with one of the banks for an investment loan of 200,000 euros, with PMV guaranteeing part of the loan.
